Terms & Conditions

When you place an order, a deposit of 50% of the order total is required. When your order is delivered, you are required to pay the remaining balance.
All out of state final payments need to be paid by secured check, money order or credit card at time of delivery, payable to Stoltzfus Storage Barns.

To ensure you receive your product safely and in proper condition, please note the following:

• Any building permits, drawings, or legal paperwork are to be obtained and paid for by Customer prior to delivery.
• Customer must prepare the site to satisfaction and requirements of Stolftzfus Storage Barns.
• Customer is responsible to verify and comply with building codes or zoning ordinances that apply.
• Any costs or fees above the contract amount are the responsibility of the Customer.
• The nearest acceptable access site must be made available to Stoltzfus Storage Barns and be agreed upon by both parties.
• Access site must be able to withstand our heavy equipment.
• The Customer is to notify Stoltzfus Storage Barns if Customer believes their property or work site could be damaged by our equipment due to soft ground or any other obstacle.
• Stoltzfus Storage Barns takes every measure to deliver your product as agreed upon in the contract. However, Stoltzfus Storage Barns has the right to reschedule delivery of your product for reasons listed below:
  
  • Stoltzfus Storage Barns believes the scheduled delivery could endanger our employees or our equipment due to weather conditions, such as ice or snow melt/rain causing soft ground.
  • The Customer has not complied with the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
  • Any other issues that Stoltzfus Storage Barns deems necessary or beyond our control, such as supplier issues.

Stoltzfus Storage Barns will do its best to meet and exceed your expectations. But, due to the nature of our product and the equipment used, Customer waives any rights to take any action against Stoltzfus Storage Barns, its employees, and/or its subcontractors for damage to Customer's property, fixtures (ex: gate), livestock, or any other property.
